Lisa Neubauer

Lisa S. Neubauer was appointed to the Wisconsin Courts of Appeal on December 4, 2007 by Wisconsin Governor James Doyle (D).[1] She enjoyed bi-partisan support in her recent campaign for the position, including the endorsement of Michael Grebe, former state chair of the Republican Party in Wisconsin.[2] Her retention election against William Gleisner took place on April 1, 2008. Neubauer retained her seat.

Judge Neubauer is a graduate of UW-Madison (B.S. 1979) and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School, with honors (1987).[3]
