Gary E. Hicks has been an associate justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court since 2006. He was nominated to the court by Governor John Lynch, and replaced Senior Associate Justice Joseph Nadeau.
Legal career
Hicks is a graduate of Bucknell University (1975) and Boston University Law School (1978).
For 23 years and up to his Superior Court appointment, Justice Hicks practiced at the law firm of Wiggin & Nourie. (He was appointed to the Superior Court by then-Governor Jeanne Shaheen.)
