The Colorado Citizens for Accountability group was established by Patty and David Skolnik in 2005. It was instrumental in getting Colorado's House Bill 1331 (The Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act) passed and signed into law by Governor Bill Ritter in May of 2007.[1]
